Comparison of Different Real-time PCR Kits for H5 Subtype Avian Influenza Virus

H5亚型禽流感病毒严重威胁家禽产业的发展和人类健康,实时荧光定量PCR是快速准确诊断该病毒的有效方法之一。比较和分析了国内4种H5亚型禽流感病毒实时荧光定量PCR试剂盒的灵敏度、重复性和特异性,结果表明,不同厂家的试剂盒总体检测效果都不错,但是不同厂家的试剂盒在灵敏度等方面存在一定差异。

H5 subtype avian influenza virus is viewed as a serious threat to the development of the poultry industry and human health.Real-time RT-PCR is an effective method for rapid and accurate diagnosis of the virus.This article compared the detection sensitivity, repeatability and specificity of real-time PCR kits for H5 subtype from four different manufacturers.The results showed that overall performance of the four kits were relatively good,however, there were some differences of detection sensitivity among different kits.
