村镇关系视角下乡镇政府治理

Governance of the township/town government in the perspective of the relationship between the villages and towns

乡镇政府作为我国最低一层的地方政府,在维护地方稳定、促进经济发展等方面都发挥着重要的作用。但随着村民政治意识的提高,村镇关系变得越来越复杂,对乡镇政府的治理方式、治理理念等方面都提出了更高的要求。文章希望通过村镇关系的视角具体分析乡镇政府在治理方面存在的问题,并提出具体的解决对策,促使乡镇政府更好地发挥为人民服务的作用。

The township/town government as the grassroots local government in China plays a erueial role in the maintenance of the local stability and the promotion of the local economic development. However, with the improvement of the villagers＇ political consciousness, the relationship between the villages and towns becomes more and more complicated, which demands better concepts and means of governance of the township/town government. This paper analyzes the problems coneerning the governance of the township/town government from the perspective of the relationship between towns and villages, and puts forward some speeific measures for bringing the potential of the township/town government into full play in the service of the people.
