摘要 随着"一带一路"战略的不断深化,艺术院校迎来了改革的春天。文章从艺术类学生和复合型人才的内涵出发,分析"一带一路"对艺术类人才外语能力的需求,以及带来的机遇与挑战,针对需求提出了在"一带一路"背景下"艺术+英语"的人才培养模式。理性定位,复合培养,以期为国家培养更多的艺术专业人才。 The further implementation of "the Belt and Road Initiative" has ushered in a new reform to the art schools in China. This paper analyzes the connotations of art students and interdisciplinary talents, including the demand for their foreign language skills as well as the opportunities and challenges against this background. It proposes the "art + English" training mode with reasonable and inter-disciplinary programs in order to produce more qualified art professionals for the country.
