国际劳工标准与女职工权益保护研究

摘要 国际劳工标准是国际人权法的一个重要组成部分,其以保护劳工权利、调整劳动关系为宗旨,并建立了一系列的规则与标准。随着社会的不断发展与进步,越来越多的女性与男性竞争工作岗位。由于性别差异,女性往往处于弱势一方,女职工权益需要得到更多的保护。因此,有必要借鉴国际劳工标准,完善女职工劳动权益保护。 The International Labor Standards is an important part of the international human rights law, which aims to protect the labor rights and adjust the labor relations with a series of rules and standards. With the continuous development and progress of our society, more and more women and men compete for jobs. Due to gender differences, women tend to be on the weaker side, and so the rights and interests of women workers need to get more protection. Therefore, it is necessary to learn from the international labor standards, improve the protection of labor rights and interests of women workers.
