医学期刊编辑心理健康状况与国内常模比较研究

A comparative study of mental health status in editors of medical journal

目的调查医学期刊编辑人员心理健康状况并与国内常模比较。方法选取60名医学期刊编辑人员采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行测评。结果医学期刊编辑人员的SCL-90总分、焦虑、抑郁、强迫症状及阳性项目数均显著高于国内常模(P<0.05)。医学期刊编辑人员在不同性别、不同婚姻状况、不同年龄、不同职称之间的SCL-90总分比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。医学期刊编辑人员在不同学历、不同工作岗位间的SCL-90总分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学编辑人员普遍存在不同程度的心理健康问题,其与学历、工作岗位等因素有关。

Objective To explore the mental health status in editors of medical journal. Methods A total of 60 editors of medical journal were selected and assessed with Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90）. Results The anxiety, depression, obsessive- compulsive factor scores, total score and positive item number of SCL-90 in the editors of medical journal were all significantly higher than the domestic norm （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In the editors of medical journal, there were no differences for the total scores of SCL-90 among differentgenders, marital status, ages and professional titles （ P 〉 0.05 ） and there were significant differences for the total scores of SCL-90 among different educational backgrounds and job positions （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There are problems of mental health for the editors of medical journal, which is correlated to their educational backgrounds and job positions.
