鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效评价

Clinical Evaluation on Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for Chronic Sinusitis

目的研究鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法选取慢性鼻窦炎患者104例,将其分为两组,观察组实行鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗,对照组实行传统的从鼻外径入路的手术方法治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、术中出血量及并发症的发生情况。结果观察组临床治疗效果为96.15%,优于对照组的78.85%,术中出血量较对照组少,并发症的发生率小于对照组,两组比较差具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论鼻内镜鼻窦手术能够有效提高慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床治疗效果,患者恢复快。

Objective To study the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis. Methods 104 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis were selected and divided into two groups,the observation group was treated with endoscopic sinus surgery,the control group used the traditional surgical treatment from nasal approach. The therapeutic effect,intraoperative blood loss and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of the treatment group was 96.15%,that was higher than the control group of 78.85%,the amount of intraoperative bleeding in observation group was lesser,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups,P〈0.05. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients with chronic sinusitis,patients recover quickly.
