ART助孕中移植胚胎发育时期与异位妊娠的关系探讨

Study on the Relationship Between Transplantation Embryo Development Period and Ectopic Pregnancy in ART Assisted Pregnancy

目的探讨辅助生殖技术(ART)助孕中移植胚胎发育时期与异位妊娠的关系。方法研究对象为我院接受ART助孕并获得临床妊娠的6 000个周期,根据移植时胚胎发育时期划分为三组,甲组为取卵后48 h,乙组为取卵后72 h,丙组为取卵后120 h/48 h,回顾性分析三组临床资料情况。结果甲乙丙三组平均年龄差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),甲乙丙三组的移植胚胎数目比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),甲乙丙三组异位妊娠率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论异位妊娠发生率与移植胚胎发育时期无相关性。

Objective To explore the relationship between transplantation embryonic development period and ectopic pregnancy in assisted reproductive technology（ART）. Methods 6 000 cycles of ART-assisted pregnancy were obtained and divided into three groups according to the stage of embryo development. Group A was 48 hours after oviposition,group B was 72 hours after oviposition,group C was after 120 h/48 h,the clinical data of the three groups were retrospectively analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in mean age between the three groups（P〈0.05）. There was significant difference between the three groups in the number of embryos transferred（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in ectopic pregnancy rate between the three groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There is no correlation between the incidence of ectopic pregnancy and the development period of transplanted embryo.
