布地奈德与特布他林雾化联合吸入治疗小儿哮喘急性发作的观察及对肺功能的影响

Budesonide Combined With Terbutaline Aerosol Inhalation in the Treatment of Infantile Acute Asthma and Effects on Pulmonary Function

目的分析采用特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘急性发作的临床疗效,及药物治疗对其肺功能的影响。方法对2013年3月-2016年3月来我院就诊的60例哮喘急性发作患儿进行研究,并按照不同药物治疗将其分为对照组与实验组,例数均有30例。给予对照组患儿单用布地奈德雾化吸入进行治疗,实验组患儿则采用特布他林联合布地奈德雾化进行治疗,比较其临床效果、临床症状消失用时以及肺功能指标情况。结果对照组患儿临床疗效（80.00%）低于实验组（93.33%）;临床症状（咳痰咳嗽、湿啰音、哮鸣音以及喘息）消失用时长于实验组;肺功能各项指标低于实验组,且P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘急性发作患儿,可明显提高治疗效果,改善其肺功能,缩短临床症状消失用时,效果明显。

Objective To analyze the use of terbutaline combined with budesonide inhalation in the treatment of children with acute attack of asthma in children,and the effect of drug treatment on lung function. Methods From March 2013 to March 2016,60 cases of children with acute asthma in our hospital were studied,and were divided into control group and experimental group according to different drug treatment,the number of cases were all in 30 cases. The control group was treated with single use of budesonide inhalation treatment,the experimental group using terbutaline combined with budesonide for treatment,compared the clinical effect,clinical symptoms disappeared and lung function index. Results The clinical efficacy of the control group（80.00%）was lower than that of the experimental group（93.33%）. The clinical symptoms（ cough and expectoration,rales and wheezing）disappeared time were longer than the experimental group. The indexes of lung function were lower than those of the experimental group,and P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Terbutaline combined with budesonide inhalation in treatment of acute attack of asthma in children,can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,improve lung function,reduce clinical symptoms disappeared when the effect is obvious.
