甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病病例的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Insulin Glargine Combined With Metformin in Treatment of Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍在2型糖尿病患者治疗中的作用。方法将138例2型糖尿病患者分为两组,对照组69例,采用甘精胰岛素治疗,观察组69例,采用甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍,对比两组疗效。结果治疗后观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平及糖化血红蛋白水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组患者低血糖不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍方式对2型糖尿病患者进行治疗,对改善患者血糖水平、降低低血糖发生率有重要帮助。

Objective To investigate the effect of insulin glargine combined with metformin in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in rats. Methods 138 cases of type 2 diabetic patients were divided into two groups,69 cases in control group were treated with insulin glargine,69 cases in the observation group were treated with insulin glargine combined metformin,the efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin level in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. And the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Insulin glargine combined with metformin for treatment could improve blood sugar level for patients with type 2 diabetes,reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
