摘要
目的探讨加味半夏泻心汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床治疗效果。方法根据数字随机方法将50例慢性萎缩性胃炎分成两组,25例对照组患者选择维酶素片治疗,25例实验组患者选择加味半夏泻心汤治疗。结果在临床治疗总有效率以及幽门螺杆菌转阴率方面,实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论选择加味半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎具有比较显著的临床效果,能对患者的临床症状进行显著改善,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 50 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were divided into two groups. 25 patients in the control group were treated with Vitacoenzyme Tablets,and the experimental group was treated with modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of 25 cases. Results In the total efficiency of clinical treatment and Helicobacter pylori negative rate,the experimental group was higher than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction has a significant clinical effect,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with clinical value.
