摘要
目的分析宣白承气汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的治疗效果。方法将84例AECOPD患者分为两组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组加用宣白承气汤治疗,比较两组疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后患者肺功能优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宣白承气汤对AECOPD有显著疗效。
Objective To analyze the effect of Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 84 cases of AECOPD patients were divided into two groups,the control group received conventional treatment,the observation group added with Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction,the curative effect of two groups were compared. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group after treatment,the control group were significantly higher than those in patients with pulmonary function（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction has obvious therapeutic effect on AECOPD.
