十全大补方治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭的效果

The Clinical Effect of Shiquandabu Prescription on Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease Complicated With Heart Failure

目的分析十全大补强心组方治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭的临床效果。方法研究对象选取本院2014年5月-2015年4月收治的68例慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者,随机分为研究组和对照组各34例。对照组患者接受一般治疗,研究组联合十全大补强心组方治疗。结果研究组患者的总治疗有效率高于对照组、血气分析指标优于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论十全大补强心组方治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭的效果显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shiquandabu Qiangxin prescription on chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure. Methods 68 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to April 2015 were randomly divided into study group（n=34）and control group（n=34）.The patients in the control group received general treatment,and the study group was treated with Shiquandabu Qiangxin prescription.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the blood gas analysis index was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shiquandabu Qiangxin prescription is effective in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure.
