黄芪桂枝五物汤加味治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Jiawei Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in Vertebro-basilar Ischemic Vertigo

目的探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤加味治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。方法选择我院收治的椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者78例为观察组,选择同期我院收治的椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者74例为对照组。两组均给予基础治疗,对照组在此基础上口服晕痛定胶囊,观察组给予基础治疗联合黄芪桂枝五物汤加味。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后主要症状积分。结果观察组总有效率为92.3%,对照组为77.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组主要症状积分均较治疗前降低,两组组内及组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用黄芪桂枝五物汤加味治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕可改善患者中医证候,提高临床疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of jiawei huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction in vertebro-basilar ischemic vertigo. Methods 78 cases of vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo were selected as observation group. Another 74 cases of vertebro-basilar ischemic vertigo in the same period were selected as control group. On the basis of basic treatment,the cases in control group were taken Yuntongding capsule for orally treatment and the cases in observation group were taken jiawei huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction. The clinical effect and main clinical symptom score before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate was 92.3% in the observation group and the control group was 77.0%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the main clinical symptom score was lower than before in the two groups. There were significant differences in the two groups before and after treatment and also between the two groups after treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo,the application of jiawei huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction can improve the chinese medicine syndromes and clinical effect.
