摘要
目的探讨中药药泥塌渍治疗类风湿关节炎患者关节肿痛的临床效果。方法随机将112例类风湿关节炎关节肿痛患者分为两组,对照组行常规西医治疗,观察组行中药药泥塌渍治疗,对比两组疗效。结果治疗后观察组临床显效率及晨僵持续时间、关节压痛数、关节肿胀数及血沉指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药药泥塌渍治疗类风湿关节炎的效果显著。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Chinese medicine mud stains in patients with rheumatoid arthritis joint pain. Methods 112 cases of rheumatoid arthritis with joint pain were divided into two groups,the control group received conventional western medicine for treatment,observation group received traditional Chinese medicine mud stains for treatment,the efficacy of two groups were compared. Results After the treatment,the clinical significant efficiency and duration of morning stiffness,joint tenderness,joint swelling and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in observation group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine mud stains in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has clinical value.
