HPV与TCT联合作为宫颈癌初筛的临床意义

Clinical Significance of HPV Associated With TCT in Early Cervical Cancer Screening

目的探讨HPV与TCT联合作为宫颈癌初筛的临床意义。方法随机抽取2013年11月-2016年3月的宫颈癌初筛患者共计90例,对所有患者采用HPV检测与TCT检查联合筛选,并与病理学检查结果进行比较。结果 HPV与TCT联合筛选中符合率为98.9%（89/90）。结论 HPV与TCT联合作为宫颈癌初筛的临床效果显著,诊出率较高,且较为经济,筛选过程较为高效,能够有效降低患者的疼痛感。

Objective To study the clinical significance of HPV associated with TCT in early cervical cancer screening. Methods A total of 90 patients with cervical cancer were randomly selected from November 2013 to March 2016. All patients were screened by HPV and TCT,and compared with the results of pathological examination. Results HPV associated with TCT screening in the coincidence rate was 98.9%（89/90）. Conclusion HPV associated with TCT are effective for early cervical cancer screening,the diagnosis rate is high and they are more economic,the screening process is efficient,and can effectively reduce the pain of patients.
