全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉对老年骨科患者术后认知功能的影响

Effects of General Anesthesia Combined With Epidural Anesthesia on Postoperative Cognitive Function in Elderly Patients in Department of Orthopedics After Surgery

目的分析全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉对老年骨科患者术后认知功能的影响。方法选取我院骨科手术60岁以上的45例患者,根据不同麻醉方式分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予全身麻醉,观察组给予全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉,观察两组睁眼时间、拔管时间、应答时间、MMSE量表评分和认知功能障碍发生率。结果观察组睁眼时间、拔管时间、应答时间、MMSE量表评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉术后患者睁眼时间、拔管时间和应答时间均更短。

Objective To analyze the effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia on cognitive function of elderly patients in the Department of orthopedics after surgery.Methods 45 cases of patients over the age of 60 years old were selected in department of orthopedics,according to the different methods of anesthesia were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given general anesthesia,the observation group was given general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia,to observe two groups of open time,extubation time,response time,MMSE score and the incidence of cognitive dysfunction.Results In the observation group,awake time,extubation time,response time,MMSE scores were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion T he postoperative eye opening time,extubation time and response time are shorter in General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia.
