摘要
目的探讨延续性护理在喉癌术后患者出院随访中的应用价值。方法选取60例喉癌术后患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例,对两组患者分别采用延续性护理和常规出院指导。结果观察组各项评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论喉癌术后患者出院后采用延续性护理,大幅度的提高了患者生活质量和生存质量。
Objective To explore the application value of continuous nursing care in patients with laryngeal cancer after discharge. Methods 60 cases of patients with laryngeal carcinoma after operation were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group,the two groups of patients were given continuous nursing and routine discharge guidance. Results The scores of the observation group was higher than the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion Discharged patients after laryngeal cancer operation by continuing nursing care,greatly improve the quality of life of the patients and the survival of treatment.
