精神分裂症患者出院延续护理的需求和干预措施

Demand and Intervention of Continuing Nursing Care in Patients With Schizophrenia

目的探讨对精神分裂症患者出院后的延续护理,为制定正确的延续护理方案提供科学依据。方法符合CCMD-3精神分裂症诊断标准的患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组接受抗精神病药维持治疗,并在出院时进行出院健康指导;观察组在此基础上进行电话随访。结果观察组服药依从性高,复发率明显降低,社会危害程度较低。结论电话随访是患者出院后延续护理干预措施中最常用、经济方便高效的方法 ;另外,家庭访视、微信群网络交流等也是行之有效的干预措施,有利于患者的院外康复。

Objective To explore the continuing nursing care of patients with schizophrenia after discharge,and to provide the scientific basis for making the correct continuation nursing plan. Methods 120 patients with CCMD-3 schizophrenia were randomly divided into observation group（60 cases）and control group（60 cases）. Patients in control group were treated with antipsychotics and discharge health guidance at discharge. The observation group on the basis of control group was followed up by telephone. Results The compliance rate of the observation group was higher,the relapse rate was lower and the social harm degree was lower. Conclusion Telephone follow-up is the most commonly used and convenient method for the continuation of nursing interventions after hospital discharge. In addition,family visit and micro-group communication are also effective interventions to facilitate the rehabilitation of the patients.
