双水平正压通气治疗急性左心衰竭护理体会

Nursing Experience of Double Level Positive Pressure Ventilation in Treatment of Acute Left Heart Failure

目的分析双水平正压通气治疗急性左心衰竭的疗效及护理措施。方法选取我院收治的急性左心衰竭患者62例,在施以双水平正压通气治疗的同时,对照组联合实行一般护理,同时试验组则联合实行综合护理,对比两组护理的效果。结果护理后,试验组Pa CO2与Pa O2水平均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论双水平正压通气治疗急性左心衰竭的疗效显著,在治疗的同时,通过联合实施综合护理,有利于促进患者康复。

Objective To analyze the curative effect and nursing measures of double level positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of acute left heart failure. Methods In our hospital,62 cases of patients with acute left heart failure,the double level of positive pressure ventilation therapy was administered at the same time,control group combined with general nursing,and experimental group were combined with comprehensive care,compared two groups of the effect of nursing. Results After nursing,the Pa CO2 and Pa O2 levels in experimental group were superior to control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion The curative effect of double level of positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of acute left heart failure is distinct,at the same time,through the joint implementation comprehensive care,promote patients recover.
