摘要
目的观察分析优化急诊护理流程在急危重症患者抢救中的效果。方法将我院急诊科收治的200例急危重症患者作为本次研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=100)与对照组(n=100),观察组患者采用优化急诊护理流程进行护理,对照组患者采用常规护理流程进行护理。结果观察组患者抢救成功率和护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对急危重症患者紧急救治期间按照优化护理流程方式实施护理,可有效提升急救的成功率,降低死亡率,实现对患者生命安全的有效保证。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of optimization in emergency nursing process of severe patients. Methods 200 cases of acute and critically ill patients as the research object,which were randomly divided observation group（n=100）and control group（n=100）,the bservation group with the optimization of emergency nursing process in nursing,the control group was treated with conventional nursing care process. Results The observation group the success rate of rescue and nursing satisfaction were higher than the control group,there was difference statistically significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion Critically patients to implement the optimization of emergency nursing process for emergency treatment,can effectively reduce mortality and improve nursing satisfaction.
