奥曲肽联合优质护理治疗老年肝硬化上消化道出血的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Octreotide Combined With High Quality Nursing in the Treatment of Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding in Elderly Patients With Liver Cirrhosis

目的分析奥曲肽联合优质护理治疗老年肝硬化上消化道出血的效果。方法 76例老年肝硬化上消化道出血患者均给予奥曲肽治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组治疗后再出血率低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥曲肽治疗老年肝硬化上消化道出血期间实施优质护理可促使患者生活质量提高。

Objective To analyze the effect of octreotide combined with high quality nursing in the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding in elderly cirrhosis. Methods 76 cases of elderly patients with liver cirrhosis were treated with octreotide in the treatment of upper digestive tract hemorrhage. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received high quality nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The bleeding rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the quality of life score was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Octreotide in treatment of elderly patients with liver cirrhosis gastrointestinal bleeding in the implementation of high quality nursing can promote and improve the quality of life of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding.
