基于德尔菲法初步构建早产儿延续护理护士核心能力评价指标体系

Primary Construction on Evaluation Indexes System of Continuity of Care Nurses' Core Competence for Premature Infants Based on Delphi Method

目的初步构建早产儿延续护理护士核心能力评价体系。方法以中国注册护士核心能力构架为基础,基于德尔菲咨询法建立早产儿延续护理护士核心能力评价体系。结果早产儿延续护理护士核心能力评价体系涵盖4个Ⅰ级指标和16个Ⅱ级指标,内容效度指数为0.937,三轮次专家意见的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.421、0.430和0.401。结论早产儿延续护理护士核心能力评价体系的初步构建为延续护理护士的培训和考核提供参考依据,也为儿童保健门诊和社区卫生服务中心开展早产儿院外延续性护理提供有效的测量工具。

Objective To develop the evaluation indexes system of continuity of care nurses＇ core competence for premature infants. Methods The evaluation indexes system of continuity of care nurses＇ core competence was constructed on the base of the framework of Chinese registered nurse＇s generic competency and delphi consulting method. Results The evaluation indexes system consisted of 4 factors and 16 specific items. The content validity index for the evaluation indexes system was 0.937. Kendall＇s concordance coefficient of three rounds were respectively 0.421、0.430 and 0.401. Conclusion The construction of evaluation indexes system of continuity of care nurses＇ core competence for premature infants could provide references for training and assessment of continuity of care nurses. It also could be used as a effective tool for carrying out premature infants＇ continuity of care in child care center and community health service centre.
