全程健康教育对77例高血压患者生活方式的影响

Effect of Whole-course Health Education on Life Style of 77 Patients With Hypertension

目的探究全程健康教育对高血压患者生活方式的影响。方法在我院选择153例高血压患者,采用随机双盲法将其分为两组,均给予相同治疗,对照组给予一般的健康教育,观察组给予全程健康教育,比较两组患者护理后的生活方式。结果护理后观察组患者护理后的生活方式情况及高血压健康知识知晓度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予高血压患者全程健康教育能够有效改善患者的生活方式,提升其对健康知识的知晓度。

Objective To explore the effect of health education on life style of patients with hypertensive. Methods 153 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups. All of them were given the same treatment. The control group was given general health education. The observation group gave the whole health education,and the two groups were compared of the way of life. Results The life style and the knowledge of hypertension were better than the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The whole-course health education can improve the life style of the patients and improve the health knowledge.
