摘要
目的探讨协同护理模式对血液透析患者自我管理行为的影响。方法选取我院2012年1月-2016年6月收治的70例血液透析患者,根据不同护理模式,将其分为协同护理模式组和常规护理模式组,每组患者35例,对比两种护理模式对患者自我管理行为的影响。结果两组患者经过相关护理干预后,协同护理模式组患者的自我概念、自我护理技能、自护责任感、血液透析知识、治疗依从性等方面的评分均高于常规护理模式组相关评分,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论协同护理模式可明显提高血液透析患者的自我管理能力,有效提升患者的生活质量。
Objective To discuss the effect of collaborative nursing model on self-management behavior of hemodialysis patients. Methods 70 hemodialysis patients in our hospital were selected from January 2012 to June 2016,and divided into collaborative nursing model group and routine nursing model group according to different nursing mode,35 cases in each group. Comparison of the effects of two kinds of nursing model on selfmanagement behavior of patients. Results After nursing intervention,score of self concept,self-care skills,self-care responsibility,hemodialysis knowledge,treatment compliance in collaborative nursing model group were higher than that of the routine nursing group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Collaborative nursing model can significantly improve the self-management ability of hemodialysis patients and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
