中医护理技术联合健康宣教在慢性盆腔炎治疗中的效果观察

Effect Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Technology Combined With Health Education in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的研究中医护理技术联合健康宣教在慢性盆腔炎治疗中的方法与效果。方法选择2015年1月-2016年1月医院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者72例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组患者36例。对照组患者采用常规护理联合健康宣教的方法进行护理,观察组患者采用中医护理技术联合健康宣教的方法进行护理,随访时间为半年,对比两组患者治疗效果,以及治疗后的复发率、并发症发生率。结果治疗后半年,观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组患者的72.22%,疾病复发率为5.56%,低于对照组患者的25.00%,并发症发生率为2.78%,低于对照组患者的22.22%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在慢性盆腔炎治疗当中,采用中医护理技术联合健康宣教的方法进行护理,能够取得更为理想的临床效果。

Objective To study the TCM nursing and health education methods and effects in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016,admitted to the hospital 72 patients of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional nursing methods joint health education nursing,the observation group were treated by methods of TCM nursing and health education for nursing care,follow-up time for six months,compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients after treatment,and the recurrence rate and complication rate. Results Six months after treatment,total efficiency in the observation group was 94.44%,higher than that of the control group of 72.22%,the disease recurrence rate was 5.56%,lower than the control group of 25.00%,the complication rate was 2.78%,lower than that of the control group 22.22%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation by using the method of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology and health education for nursing care,can achieve more ideal clinical effect.
