摘要 科技类社会组织具有科技创新发展思想库、国际学术交流主渠道、科技创新人才催化剂、创新资源集成大平台、科技成果转化助推力、科技创新文化传播者的重要功能。上海应从突出科技类社会组织"科学共同体"定位、增强科技类社会组织参与重大科技决策能力、完善科技服务中介组织体系、发挥科技类社会组织科普活动主力军作用、重视孵化器类科技机构链接作用等方面,强化科技类社会组织功能。 Science and technology social organizations have the following important functions:the thinking pool of scientific and technological innovation,the main channel of international academic exchanges,catalyst for scientific and technological innovation talents,innovation and resources integration platform,the booster for transformation of scientific and technological achievements.This paper proposes five aspects to strengthen the function of science and technology social organization,they are:to make the positioning of " scientific community" stand out,to enhance the capacity of science and technology social organizations participating in major science and technology decisionmaking,to improve the system of science and technology service as intermediary organization,to make science and technology social organization to play a role in popular science activities,to attach importance to the link of incubator scientific and technological institutions.
