摘要
在"大数据"蓬勃发展的背景下,城市生态文明建设可以依托定量化的实操指标体系,客观、动态、科学地描述建设过程与成果绩效。在生态文明绩效评价指标体系的构建中,指标的选取充分借助互联网数据共享及搜索引擎的应用,结合频数法筛选出最具代表性的指标,且选取的指标并不局限于目前能收集到数据的指标,而是注重应收集到数据的指标。随着大数据时代的来临、基础数据库的逐步完善与共享技术的全面推广,数据获取的局限将会被完全打破。
Under the background of the vigorous development of " big data",the construction of urban ecological civilization can describe the construction process and achievement performance objectively,dynamically and scientifically,relying on the quantitative and practical index system.In the construction of the evaluation index system of ecological civilization performance,the selection of indicators is based on the application of Internet data sharing and search engine,combined with the frequency method to select the most representative indexes.The selected indicators are not limited to the current data index,but should focus on the data that should be collected.With the advent of the era of big data,the gradual improvement of the basic database and the comprehensive promotion of shared technology,data acquisition of the limitations will be completely broken.
