长三角区域旧有的增长模式必然带来产业同构、产能过剩、金融资源错配等严重问题,区域一体化难以深入。长三角区域可率先推动经济增长方式转换,推动区域一体化从政府主导转变为市场主导,从要素准入转变为制度一体,利用区域内生创新动力,建立以创新科技为资源配置中心的一体化资本市场、一体化科技创新网络、一体化土地集约利用、一体化物联网和环境协作治理、一体化多层次资本市场配置科技资源,以实现区域产业转型和创新发展。

The old growth model of Yangtze River Delta region will inevitably bring the industrial isomorphism,overcapacity,financial resources mismatch and other serious problems,resulting in the difficulty of regional integration to in-depth.The Yangtze River Delta region can take the lead in promoting the transformation of the growth mode,promote regional integration from government-led to market-oriented,which change from factor access to system integration.The use of regional endogenous innovation contributes to the establishment of integrated capital market which take innovative technology as a resource allocation center,integrated science and technology innovation network,integrated land intensive use,integrated cooperation governance of the internet of things and environment,integrated multi-level capital market allocation of scientific and technological resources,to achieve regional industrial transformation and innovation development.
