面对未来30年上海全球城市建设的新形势和新要求,上海必须以满足市民多层次医疗服务的需求,满足来沪境外人士医疗、康复、保健的需要,满足国内高收入人群对先进医疗服务的需求,满足全国来沪求治疑难杂症的需要为出发点,进一步加快医疗卫生体制改革,加快构建符合科学发展规律的全球城市医疗卫生体系,着力提升上海医疗服务面向全球、辐射亚洲的综合竞争能力,以亚洲医学中心城市建设助推上海全球城市崛起。

Facing the new situation and new requirements of the construction of Shanghai global city for the next 30 years,Shanghai must meet the needs of the city＇s multi-level medical services for local citizens,meet people outside the medical care,rehabilitation,health care needs,meet the needs of the domestic high-income groups for advanced medical services,and meet the needs of national treatment to difficult miscellaneous diseases as the starting point to further accelerate the reform of health care system and speed up the construction of the global urban health system in line with the scientific development law,make efforts to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of medical services in Shanghai facing the world,radiating Asia,boost the rise of the Shanghai global city with the construction of Asian medical center city.
