摘要
管道的全寿命周期包括规划、设计、制造、施工、运营维护及退役六个阶段,管道风险不只是出现在运营维护阶段,而是贯穿于管道全生命周期中。基于本质安全考虑,本文引入群组AHP方法对某高含硫原料气管道规划、设计、制造、施工阶段的风险进行了分析,并给出了风险缓解措施的优先性排序,提出了一些建议,给管理决策者提供参考。
The pipeline's entire life cycle includes six stages planning,design,manufacturing,construction,operation and maintenance and decommissioning,Pipeline risks not only occur in the operation and maintenance stage,but throughout pipeline's entire life cycle.Based on consideration of inherent safety,the paper analyzes the risks of planning,design,manufacturing,construction stages of High-Sulphur Feed Gas Pipeline by using group AHP method,give a priority ranking of risk mitigation measures,put forward some suggestions,provide a reference to the management decision-makers.
