摘要 为研究陶瓷易碎弹对铝板的冲击特性,建立陶瓷易碎弹冲击铝板的有限元模型,利用LS-DYNA有限元程序分析弹头冲击铝板时的应力变化及速度对弹头冲击性能的影响;建立陶瓷易碎弹冲击铝板的力学模型,对陶瓷易碎弹弹头破碎进行理论分析;通过陶瓷易碎弹对铝板的冲击性能试验,验证数值模拟和理论分析的正确性。研究结果表明:陶瓷易碎弹具有良好的破碎性能,合适的速度冲击铝板时铝板损伤较小;弹头破碎从陶瓷壳体圆头部开始,陶瓷壳体最大应力始终在弹-靶接触区域边缘,是冲击过程中陶瓷壳体最容易破坏的区域。 To figure out the characteristics of ceramic fragile projectiles impacting against aluminum plates, a finite element model for the projectiles was built. The LS-DYNA finite element program was used to analyze the variation of the impact force and the effect of projectile velocity on it's impact properties was investigated. A mathematical model for ceramic fragile projectiles impacting against aluminum plates was also set up for further theoretical analysis. Meanwhile, an authentic experiment was carried out to prove the truth of the numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. All the results show that: ceramic fragile projectiles have good fragmentation property, ceramic fragile projectiles at a suitable velocity may make less damage on aluminum plates, the projectile fragment starts from the round top of ceramic shell, the maximum stress in ceramic shell locates at the edge of impact contact area and that area is the most likely to be damaged in the process of impacting. © 2017, Editorial Office of Journal of Vibration and Shock.
