摘要
20世纪80年代末到90年代初,国外学者对企业管理实践过程中所建立的劳资伙伴关系进行了一定的总结与探索,从多角度丰富和发展了劳资伙伴关系理论。劳资伙伴行为主体间交换关系是多样性的,经济交换关系、社会交换关系与网络交换关系使劳资间的关系更加复杂,实现劳资伙伴关系与组织内3种交换关系的均衡成为优化劳资管理实践的关键。要优化组织内劳资伙伴关系管理实践,仅仅单独剖析影响劳资伙伴关系的行为变量是不够的,还需从动态系统的视角来审视。
From the end of the 1980 s to early 1990 s , foreign scholars have studied the labor-management partnerships which was established in the process of enterprise s management practice,and then they enrich and develop the theory of labor-management partnership from multiple perspectives. The exchange relationship among the actors of labor-management partnership is diversity. Economic exchange relationship, social exchange relationship and network exchange relationship make the study of labor-management partnership more complicated, and it is the key of optimizing the management practice of labor-management partnershipto achieve the equilibrium between three kinds of exchange relationships within the organization. In order to optimize the enterprise's management practice of labor-management partnership in organization, it is not enough to analyze the behavior variables that affect the relationship between labor and management, but also to study from a dynamic perspective.
