城市绿色用水指标体系与评价方法研究——以北京、上海和天津市为例

Evaluation Index System and Method of Urban Green Water Utilization——A Case Study of Peking,Shanghai and Tianjin

根据绿色用水的功效,从绿色用水结构、绿色用水应用达到的水平、实现绿色用水的控制目标和保障绿色用水的管理过程四个方面,构建城市绿色用水指标体系,并运用综合指数法和多边形图示法评价城市绿色用水成效及以上四项方面均衡性。以北京、上海和天津三个城市为例进行方法应用研究,结果显示,该评价指标体系能够客观反映绿色用水发展整体水平,可以作为绿色用水评价工具。

according to the effect of green water utilization, this paper constructs the urban green water evaluation system from the aspects of consumption structure, level of application, control objectives and guarantee of the management of green water, and uses comprehensive index and polygon graphic methods to evaluate the effect of urban green water utilization and the balance of above-mentioned four aspects. Taking Peking, Shanghai and Tianjin as example to applied research, the pa-per draws the conclusion that this evaluation index system could objectively reflect the overall development level of green water utilization and could be its evaluation tool.
