“区块链+”教育的发展现状及其应用价值研究 被引量:107

摘要 区块链技术被认为是互联网诞生以来人类社会最重要的发明,其正在深刻影响全球治理、经济发展、金融以及教育等机构或服务的运营理念、组织和业务模式,尤其是在银行、证券、保险、公证、音乐、分布式存储、物联网等行业和领域得到了积极实践与应用。与此同时,区块链技术在教育领域也得到初步发展,对教育教学的影响也日益体现。目前的文献分析和研究显示,区块链技术在金融和其它商业领域应用已日趋成熟,"区块链+"教育的应用也在不断发展。而从区块链技术教学、区块链技术教学平台建设和区块链技术校园传播三个视角,可以管窥"区块链+"教育在欧美国家的发展现状。欧美大学以及其它教育机构正积极传播区块链技术、加速区块链技术人才的培养、实践区块链技术在教育教学中的应用。区块链技术对社会和个人存在着积极的影响,即扩大受教育机会、提高不发达国家以及发展中国家的教育投入、增强个人在劳动力市场上的竞争力和职业发展能力,并进而促进社会创业等方面具有价值和意义。而以去中心化、去信任为主要特征的区块链技术,尽管能够满足受教育者在日趋技术赋能的学习时代去中心化的学习需要和模式,但和金融行业或其它商业企业不同,教育机构的声誉来自于教师、学生和开创性研究成果,因此,教育依然需要传统信任机制的存在以保证学习与个人、职业和社会发展的相关性。 Blockchain technology is considered to be the most important invention of human society since the birth of the Internet and is profoundly influencing the operational philosophy, organizational and business models of institutions, such as governance,economic development, finance and education, especially in banking, securities, insurance, notarization, music, distributed storage and Internet of Things, among many others industries. Meanwhile, blockchain technology has found its way into education. Based on the analysis and research of the literature, this paper, summarizing the application of blockchain technology in finance and other commercial fields, presents developments on blockchain technology teaching, construction of educational blockchain platform and the dissemination of blockchain on campus. It points out that European and American universities and other educational institutions are actively spreading blockchain technology, speeding up the cultivation of blockchain talents. Besides, the paper also explores the social and personal impact of blockchain technology, that's, expanding educational opportunities, increasing investment in education in underdeveloped countries and developing countries, enhancing the competitiveness of the individual in the labor market and professional development, and thus promoting social entrepreneurship, and other things of significance. In addition, the author posits that blockchain characterized by de-centralizedness and de-trust, can meet the learning needs and patterns of the learners in the era of increasingly technology-enabled learning environment. However, different from other commercial enterprises, the reputation of educational institutions derives from teachers, students and groundbreaking research. Therefore, education still needs the existence of traditional trust mechanism to ensure the correlation between learning and personal, professional and social development.
