三磷酸腺苷门控离子通道介导肠易激综合征内脏高敏感的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 内脏高敏感是肠易激综合征重要的致病机制之一。三磷酸腺苷(ATP)门控离子通道广泛分布于肠神经系统和外来神经系统,通过与ATP结合,介导肠道蠕动等生理反应及痛觉信号的转导。当ATP门控离子通道在肠壁中表达升高时,外来神经系统脊髓背根神经节神经元兴奋性及动作电位产生数量上升,且肠神经系统内在初级感觉神经元功能发生改变,在两者共同作用下,引起内脏高敏感发生。
