摘要
为有效地减少发动机尾气排放对环境的污染,提出一种碱性空气介质参与缸内燃烧技术。即在汽车发动机的进气通道上,利用一种超声波雾化的发生装置,将特定浓度的碱性溶液雾化成碱性的空气气溶胶,从而将空气改性为具有一定碱性性质摩尔比的气体,并由进气门进入气缸内部参与发动机燃烧。并以柴油机发动机为对象,分析其在一般条件下和碱性空气介质参与发动机缸内燃烧条件下发动机排放污染物的参数值,并进行对比实验,实验结果表明,碱性空气介质参与缸内燃烧可以有效降低污染物的排放值,从而在缸内燃烧环节就有效地减少了污染物的排放,具有一定的应用价值。
In order to reduce exhaust gas emission of automobi le, alkal inity air medium participating in cyl inder combustion tech-nique was put forward in this paper. The proposed technique used an ultrasonic atomization device in the inlet channel of automobile engine to change specific concentration of alkal ine solution into alkal ine air aerosols and then to have a certain air turn into the gas of alkal ine nature mole ratio. The alkal ine gas was going to participate in the combustion change the finally from the intake valve. Taking diesel engine as the object, the parameter values of the engine emissions were analyzed under the general condition and that of alkal ine air medium participating the combustion in the engine cyl inder. The comparative experiment was conducted. The experimental results showed that the alkal ine medium air in the combustion in cylinder can effectively reduce the emissions of pollutants value, thus the combustion in cylinder link will effectively reduce the pollutant emissions, and has a certain appl ication value.
