摘要
施工过程中的施工顺序和时间效应都会直接影响施工安装阶段及使用阶段结构的受力性能,传统的一次性加载的数值模拟难以满足当前大跨度空间钢结构的需要,而且大跨度空间钢结构施工周期较长,施工期间如果现场温度变化比较大,钢结构也会产生一定的变形。因此必须通过对施工过程的模拟以保证施工阶段结构的安全性及竣工时结构的内力和位移满足实际需要。本文通过对某室内水乐园进行施工全过程模拟,确保了施工方案的安全性、可行性及科学性。通过模拟分析表明施工顺序对构件的变形及内力有很大影响,因此大跨度复杂钢结构施工前必须进行施工阶段数值模拟,并且给出了相关的施工建议。
The construction sequence and time effect of the construction process will directly affect the mechanical properties of structure in the stage of construction and application. The traditional one - time loading of numerical simulation is difficult to meet the current needs of large - span space steel structure. Because of longer construction period for long - span space steel structure and the relatively large temperature changes at construction site, steel structure was supposed to have a certain deformation. Therefore, the construction process is necessarily simulated to ensure the structure safety in the phase of construction as well as the internal forces and displacement to meet the actual needs in the phase of completion. In this paper, through the simulation of whole construction process of an indoor water park to ensure the safety, feasibility and scientificity of construction scheme. The simulation results showed that the con-struction sequence had great influence on the deformation and internal force of the structure. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the numerical simulation fore large span complex steel structure before the construction to provide the relevant suggestions for construction.
