摘要 基于兼职班主任的工作经历和所取得成绩,提出一线任课教师和学生管理工作者需要密切配合(如角色互换、换位思考等)的帮扶和转化学困生工作策略,旨在营造管理约束和教学引导融合育人氛围,以期突破当前高职院校帮扶和转化学困生工作所面临的窘境。 It is put forward that the course teachers and staff of students management shall work together in the aspect of exchange of work position to help and transform the students with learning difficulties on the base of part - time class teacher experience and good results. It is to make the cultivating atmosphere of management constraint and learning guide to get out of the dilemma facing vocational colleges in helping and transforming students with learning difficulties.
