间歇供磷对马尾松幼苗生长和生理的影响

摘要 为研究不同磷水平对植物的影响,以马尾松为研究对象,采用水培方法,研究无磷、正常磷(1 mmol·L^(-1),为对照)和间歇磷(1 mmol·L^(-1))处理下马尾松幼苗生长及叶片保护酶系统响应。结果表明:无磷处理下马尾松幼苗的根冠比随时间延长呈先增加后降低趋势,CK和间歇磷处理下马尾松幼苗根冠比随时间延长呈增长趋势。随时间变化马尾松叶片MDA、POD、SOD、CAT及可溶性蛋白含量均有所差异;7 d时无磷与间歇磷处理马尾松幼苗叶片POD、SOD、CAT及可溶性蛋白含量与CK存在显著差异。14 d与21 d时无磷处理马尾松幼苗叶片POD、SOD及可溶性蛋白含量与CK存在显著差异,间歇磷与CK之间差异减小甚至差异不显著,研究表明马尾松受到低磷伤害可以通过磷元素补充降低伤害,达到磷补救措施。 In order to study the different phosphorus level influence to the plant, masson pine as the research object, single factor hydroponics method, in the method of artificial incubator artificial climate control phosphorus concentrations. Masson pine seedling growth and leaf protective enzyme system response. The results showed that phosphorus deficiency treatment of masson pine seedling under shoot ratio increase before reducing trend with the extension of time, CK and intermittent phosphorus processing of Pinus rnassoniana seedling shoot ratio with the extension of time there is a growing trend. Change over time Pinus massoniana leaf MDA, POD, SOD, CAT and soluble protein content are different;phosphorus deficiency and intermittent phosphorus processing Pinus massoniana seedling leaf POD, SOD, CAT and soluble protein content and CK exist significant differences in seven days. For 14 days and 21 days phosphorus deficiency processing Pinus massoniana seedling leaf POD, SOD and soluble protein content and significant differences CK, intermittent difference reduce even difference was not significant between phosphorus and CK, studies have shown that Pinus massoniana had been hurt by low phosphorus can reduce the damage by phosphorus, phosphorus remedial measures.
