摘要
对非洲崖豆木、白花崖豆木和铁刀木的各类细胞形态进行观察,并测定分析其各类细胞的属性。结果表明:三者的相同之处:以鼓形和圆柱形导管为主,一部分导管端口变窄,单穿孔,导管纹孔为互列纹孔;木纤维细胞略弯曲,纺锤形为主,兼含其他类型,细胞壁甚厚,纹孔小而稀少;木射线为同型,部分木射线的端部细胞略高;轴向薄壁组织串含2~4个细胞,叠生;有分室含晶细胞,通常内含一粒六边形结晶体。不同之处:非洲崖豆木的鼓形导管远少于圆柱形导管且尺寸为3个树种之最大,白花崖豆木和铁刀木的鼓形导管和圆柱形导管的数量略等且含树胶多;铁刀木的部分射线薄壁细胞含晶砂;铁刀木含3~4个细胞的轴向薄壁组织串稀少。
In this article,it is concluded that properties of all kinds of ceils of M. laurentii, M. leucantha and Cassia siamea as all kinds of cell morphology of wood were observed and geometric parameters of them were mensurated and analised. The similarities of them are as follows : vessels are mainly drumlike vessels and cylindrical vessels and some of their ends are narrow. They all have sin- gle perforation. Pore pits are ethmoid alternate pitting. Wood fibers are slightly winding and many are spindly. The cell walls are very thick with small and rare pits. They have homogeneous homocellular rays. The cell in the end is higher than others. They have storied longitudinal parenchymas and the string of longitudinal parenehymas consists of 2 to 4 cells . They have chambered crystalliferous cells. Usually each contains a hexagonal crystal. By comparing, the differences of them are as follows : the number of drnmlike vessels is far less than cylindrical vessels for M. laurentii. The drumlike vessels' size of M. laurentii is the biggest of the three. The number of drumlike vessels and cylindrical vessels is nearly equal for M. leucantha and Cassia siamea. And they include more glum than M. laurentii, part of ray parenchyma cells of Cassia siamea include crystal dust. It' s rare for Cassia siamea that the strings of longitu- dinal parenchymas consists of 3 or 4 cells.
