韩国高等教育国际化发展实践

Development Practices on Internationalization of Higher Education in South Korea

高等教育国际化是高等教育相关活动跨国际,跨文化或者全球层面的整合过程。进入21世纪,韩国将吸引优质人才资源来韩留学被制定为一种国家发展战略,随后在政府政策的积极推动下取得显著成果。本研究通过文献研究方法整理了韩国高等教育国际化发展的十五年实践经验,希望能在了解韩国的教育实践的同时给中国高等教育国际化提供一些参考和借鉴。

Internationalization of higher education is a process of integrating an international, intercultural or global dimension into the purpose, functions or delivery of post- secondary education. Attracting high-quality talent resources to study in South Korea has been setting up as a national development strategy in the 21st century. This study conducted a research throughout the government practices and achievements during recent 15 years, in aim to understand the education policies of South Korea and to derive some important implications from their practices concurrently.
