平肝潜阳法治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation for Latent Yang Liver Yin Deficiency Type Hand Hypertension

目的:本次主要对平肝潜阳法治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压疗效进行观察,为临床治疗提供重要依据,确保患者早日康复。方法:选取2014年8月至2015年8月清远市清新区人民医院收治的阴虚阳亢型高血压住院患者共60例,分为观察组和对照组,各30例,对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在此基础上给予平肝潜阳法治疗。结果:观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,治疗后舒张压、收缩压均优于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于阴虚阳亢型高血压患者采用平肝潜阳法治疗效果明显,易于被患者接受。

Objective To observe the curative effect of latent Yang liver Yin deficiency type hand hypertension treatment,provide important basis for clinical treatment to ensure patients recover at an early date. Method a total of 60 cases of hospitalized patients with high blood pressure in our hospital Yin deficiency type hand,were divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in the control group gives the western medicine treatment,the experimental group on the basis of the given method of latent Yang liver treatment. Results the treatment effect is better than the control group,compared two groups of patients with diastolic and systolic blood pressure after treatment were superior to control group,（P〈 0.05）. Conclusions The method of latent Yang liver Yin deficiency type hand hypertension treatment effect is obvious,easily accepted by patients,is worth popularizing in the industry.
