Clinical Effect of Trimetazidine in Ischemic Cardiomyopathy Heart Failure Therapy

目的:探讨曲美他嗪在缺血性心肌病心力衰竭治疗中临床效果。方法:病例资料来源于广州市光塔街社区卫生服务中心缺血性心肌病心力衰竭住院患者。随机分组方法将83例患者分为常规组和曲美他嗪组。常规组采用常规抗心衰方法治疗;曲美他嗪组在常规组基础上增加曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组总有效率、用药副作用发生率、干预前后患者心肌标志物指标的差异。结果:曲美他嗪组对比常规组缺血性心肌病心力衰竭临床总有效率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组用药副作用发生率接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪在缺血性心肌病心力衰竭治疗中临床效果确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,促进其心肌功能的改善,对患者预后有益,且药物作用安全,无严重副作用。

Objective To study the trimetazidine in ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure therapy clinical effect. Methods The cases of data from the hospital patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure hospitalization. Randomized methods 83 patients were divided into normal group and the trimetazidine group. Regular group with normal heart failure treatment; Trimetazidine group on the basis of conventional group increased trimetazidine treatment. Compare two groups total effective rate,incidence of drug side effects,the differences between the myocardial markers in patients with indexes before and after intervention. Results The trimetazidine group compared to conventional ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure clinical total effective rate is higher,P〉0.05; Close to the incidence of drug side effects,the two groups P0.05. Conclusion Trimetazidine in ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure therapy clinical effect is precise,which can effectively improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms,promoting the improvement of the myocardial function,beneficial to patient prognosis,and drug safety,no serious side effects,worthy of promotion.
