乳腺癌分子影像学研究进展

摘要 分子影像学是乳腺癌影像学未来发展的方向,其在乳腺癌的早期诊断、治疗、病程监测、预后评估、肿瘤研究等多方面具有良好的应用前景。分子影像学作为分子水平的影像学诊疗技术,它的发展将对乳腺癌的临床诊疗过程产生革命性的影响。目前,分子影像学技术主要有:PET-CT、磁共振分子影像、超声分子影像、光学分子影像。这些技术在乳腺癌的基础和临床方面有着广泛的应用。 Molecular imaging is the direction of breast cancer imaging development. It has a good application prospect in many aspects such as early diagnosis,therapy,monitoring Course,prognosis judgement,tumor research and so on. Molecular imaging as a molecular imaging diagnosis and treatment technology,its development will be a revolutionary impact on the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. At present,molecular imaging techniques mainly include: PET- CT,MRI molecular imaging,ultrasonic molecular imaging,optical molecular imaging. All of these techniques has a wide range of applications in basic and clinical aspects of breast cancer.
