摘要
在界定煤矿应急管理的基础上,加强协同成为应急管理中的重点。针对当前我国煤矿应急管理现状,构建基于协同的煤矿安全应急管理系统,提升煤矿安全应急管理能力,有利于高效应对突发事故,为其他煤炭企业提供参考。
Based on defining emergency management of coal mine, strengthening collaboration is the focus of emergency management.In view of current situation of China coal mine＇s emergency management, constructing mine safety emergency management system based on regional collaboration and promoting coal mine safety emergency management ability, will be helpful for efficient response to sudden accidents, providing reference for other coal enterprises.
