参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的可行性分析

Salviae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection analysis of the feasibility of treatment of vertebral basilar artery insufficiency

目的对参芎葡萄糖注射液用于椎-底动脉供血不足治疗中的疗效及安全性等数据进行分析,证实其具有可行性,为临床治疗提供数据支持。方法采用随机数字表法将129例椎-底动脉供血不足患者分为观察和对照组,观察组研究对象65例,采用静滴参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗;对照组64例,采用静脉滴注丹参注射液治疗。治疗后就其疗效,安全性及客观指标进行评价和统计,并进行组间比较。结果两研究组的治疗总有效率分别为92.3%和82.8%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两研究组不良反应发生率分别为18.5%和25.0%,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组ACA、MCA、PCA、VA及BA的VM均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参芎葡萄糖注射液是治疗椎-底动脉供血不足安全有效的药物,且具有客观指标改善显著等优势,具体推广价值。

Objective To vertebral bottom effect and the security of the data in the treatment of arterial insufficiency were analyzed for Salviae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection, which has proved the feasibility of providing data support for clinical treatment.Methods Randomly 129 cases of vertebral artery insufficiency-bottom patients divided into observation group and control group, the observation group of 65 cases were studied, using Salviae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection infusion therapy; 64 cases in the control group, the intravenous infusion of Danshen injection in the treatment of. After treatment, the efficacy, safety and objective indexes were evaluated and compared. Results The treatment study group two of the total effective rate was 92.3% and 82.8%, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）; two study group adverse reaction rates were 18.5% and 25.0%, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）; the observation group ACA, MCA, PCA, VA and BA treatment after VM were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Salviae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection is the treatment of vertebro basilar artery insufficiency of safe and effective drugs, and has significant advantages such as objective indicators of improvement, specific promotion value.
