摘要 目的研究不同蛋白饮食对于腹膜透析患者营养状况以及残余肾功能的影响。方法选取行腹膜透析治疗的患者中随机选出60例作为观察对象,将其随机分成观察组和对照组,各30例。其中观察组患者采用常规低蛋白饮食,观察组患者则α-酮酸配伍的低蛋白饮食,对比分析两组患者的营养状况以及残余肾功能。结果观察组患者的RBF、ALB、PA、TRF、TC、TG、Scr、RRF、Kt/V指标值均高于对照组,且BUN低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对长期行腹膜透析治疗的患者采用α-酮酸配伍的低蛋白饮食治疗能取得较好的效果,改善患者的营养不良状况,改善残余肾功能,提高患者生活质量,提高生存质量,值得推广应用。 Objective To study the effects of different protein diets on nutritional status and residual renal function in peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods Peritoneal dialysis patients randomly selected 60 cases as the observation object, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group was treated with conventional low protein diet, patients in the observation group was alpha keto acid combined with low protein diet, comparative analysis of the nutritional status of the two groups of patients and the residual renal function. Results The values of RBF, ALB, PA, TRF, TC, TG, Scr, RRF and Kt/V in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and BUN was lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05). Better effect can be achieved by low protein diet therapy a-ketoacid compatibility. Conclusion Patients with long-term peritoneal dialysis treatment, improve the nutritional status of patients, improve the residual renal function, improve the quality of life of patients, improve the quality of life, it is worthy of popularization and application.
