少数民族地区女性居民从事旅游经营的社会身份认同研究——以龙胜县龙脊梯田景区为例

Research of Social Identity of Female Residents Engaged in Tourism Management in Ethnic Minority Areas——A Case Study on Longji Terraced Fields Scenic Spot in Longsheng County

本文以社会身份认同为切入点,选取广西龙胜县的龙脊梯田景区为调研区域,研究当地女性居民从事旅游经营前后社会身份认同的变化和提升对策。方法 :采用田野调查法,从经济、政治、社会、婚姻家庭、价值观念和教育等六个维度分析女性居民从事旅游经营后的生活状况、经济状况、社会认同呈现怎样的趋势、当地政府和社区能为女性居民发展提供的帮助与建议。结果 :从事旅游经营的女性居民在政治、社会、价值观念等方面的社会身份认同不高。结论 :提出促进旅游经济长效发展、增加参与旅游决策机会、培养社会自信和自尊、创造和谐家庭氛围、树立正确价值观、把握受教育机会等一系列建议,促进少数民族旅游地的和谐发展。

This article conducts a study on the changes of social identity before and after the local female residents involved in tourism activities by taking the social identity as the starting point and selecting Longji Terraces scenic spot of Longsheng County in Guangxi as the research area. It analyzes their living conditions, economic conditions, and social identity after the female residents engaged in tourism management from the aspects of economy, politics, society, marriage and family, values, and education, by using the method of field investigation, and as well as the help and suggestions given by the local government and community for the female residents. The results show that the social identity of the female residents engaged in tourism management in politics, society and values is not high. Thus, the paper proposes some suggestions such as promoting long-term economic growth, increasing decision-making opportunity of participation in tourism, cultivating social confidence and self-esteem, creating a harmonious family atmosphere, setting up correct values, and grasping the education opportunities to promote the harmonious development of the ethnic minority tourism destination.
