Vocational Community and the Integration of Society——The Possibility and Ability of Education

在当前的社会转型期,因宗族制、单位制等传统社会联结纽带逐渐式微,由此产生了种种社会问题,不利于社会群体的稳定与团结。借鉴涂尔干的思路,在传统社会向现代社会的转变过程中,职业共同体能够担当起整治社会失范,再造社会团结的重任。它可以成为促进社会群体整合的新纽带。在现代社会,教育可以从职业分化的起始来形塑职业共同体,并提供有效手段。

In the current period of social transition,the patriarchal clan system and the units system are losing their ability to control.Thus, various kinds of social problems happened.With Durkheim＇s ideas for reference,in the process of the transition of the traditional society to modem society, vocational community has the ability to regulate social anomie and rebuild social solidarity.So it can be a new link to promote the integration of social groups.In the modem society,education can shape the vocational community from the start of vocational differentiation, and provide effective means.
