试论“规避式”教育行为

摘要 "规避式"教育行为是指在教育教学过程中,教育行政工作者或教育实施者针对教育方式、教育思维、教学策略等方面,所采取的应激性行为措施,以保护学生身心健康不受到意外侵害。影响"规避式"教育行为的因素主要有课程设置、校园活动、家庭教育以及学生自身。规避式教育行为的实施,能够缓冲学校在教育改革中的压力,呵护学生的情商,培养学习兴趣,使学生形成正确的价值观。 The "circumvention" of educational behavior means the emergency measures taken by educational executives or teaching implementers in the aspects of teaching approaches, teaching thoughts, and teaching strategies so that students can stay healthy physically and mentally. Factors affecting the "circumvention" include curriculum de- signing, school activities, parental education and students themselves. The "implementation" of circumvention behavior can reduce school's stress from educational reform, take leaning interests and help them to build correct values. good care of students' emotional quotient, cultivate their
